Cypress Coach Lines offers a simple, straightforward cancellation and refund policy designed to provide flexibility while covering our operational costs.

  • Refund available: Up to 24 hours before departure, minus 15% service fee

  • Non-refundable window: Within 24 hours of departure

  • Ticket flexibility: Unused tickets valid for rest of season (subject to availability)

  • Expiration: All unused tickets expire at end of winter season with no cash value

Full Policy Details

1. Cancellations 24+ Hours Before Departure

Customers may request a refund if the cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • All approved refunds are subject to a 15% non-refundable service fee to cover booking platform (Zaui), credit card processing, and administrative labor costs
The remaining 85% of the ticket price will be refunded to the original form of payment within a standard processing period (typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider)

  • To qualify for a refund, contact Cypress Coach Lines via official booking channels with your booking reference number

2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours and No-Shows

Tickets cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.

  • If a customer cancels within 24 hours or does not show up for the scheduled departure, the ticket value remains usable as an open-dated ticket for the remainder of the same winter season

  • Ticket usage is subject to:

    • Seat availability on the requested departure

    • The same passenger name as the original booking (non-transferable)

3. Using Tickets Later in the Season

Open-dated tickets from late cancellations or no-shows can be rebooked for another date in the same winter season.

  • If the new service has a higher fare, the passenger must pay the difference at the time of rebooking

  • If the new service has a lower fare, no refund or credit is issued for the difference

  • Any unused tickets expire at the end of the winter season and have no cash value after that date

4. Trips Cancelled by Cypress Coach Lines

If Cypress Coach Lines cancels a scheduled service for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons, affected customers will be offered:

  • A refund of 85% of the ticket price (15% service fee retained), or

  • A 100% credit to travel on another date in the same winter season, subject to availability
